Arthritis in the hands

A man's hands were crippled with arthritis when he first went to see his Health Kinesiology practitioner. He was in such a lot of pain - so much so that he could no longer even hold a cup and had to drink his tea through a straw.

He came for 2 sessions of Health Kinesiology and wasn't seen by the practitioner for another year. When he next came to see her, he had a bad knee: he had fallen from his shed in January whilst hammering the roof back on!

He claimed that if the practitioner hadn't done such a good job on his hands he wouldn't have been on the shed roof in the gales, and so he wouldn't have hurt his knee!

Arthritis cured after 15 years of suffering

“I had suffered with Arthritis in my spine, hips, knees, wrists and hands for more than 15 years. I had learnt to put up with the pain and although I was offered replacement surgery for both hips and knees about 5 or 6 years ago, I decided to try other methods.

I just accepted that arthritis was common in my family and that it was not going to go away and I would have to increasingly rely on other people in the future. At 75 years of age the future did not look too rosy as the idea I hated most was that I was going to lose a lot of my independence.

After my first visit (to an HK practitioner) I had increased pain but after the second visit all of the pain and swelling disappeared. That was nearly seven weeks ago now and I still find it difficult to believe that the pain has disappeared and so do my family and friends. I can do so many more things now.
