About Me:
Having worked in the NHS, private practice and at the English Institute of Sport, Physiotherapy has given me the privilege of experiencing a variety of different conditions, injuries.. and people. However, the longer I work in physiotherapy, with clients complaining of dis-ease and pain, the more I feel that there is so much more to peoples suffering than that of just their physical presentation.
I fell pregnant in 2006, and had my son in March 2007. I had already been having HK up until this time but I can honestly say that it was HK that put me back on track after having a fairly traumatic labour and giving birth to a 10 lb baby. Selling my business and moving hundreds of miles away from family and friends shortly before this also played a part in my downturn in mood and emotions. HK was my savour! And the rest, as they, is history!
I now practice HK, helping others to help themselves by identifying what their energy system needs to regain it’s natural balance and harmony. Making lasting changes to peoples sense of well being.
I will leave you with one of my favourite quotes:
“We are what we think. All that we are arises from our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world” Budda
