My story is similar to that of many complementary practitioners in that it was my own quest for well-being that led me to explore alternatives. I had never considered that anyone other than my GP could help me. My search for a more holistic approach to my concerns started as a result of it not responding to medically prescribed drugs. I was soon to learn that we need to balance all areas of our lives. Mind, Body and Spirit.

I now know that we are put into situations to push us along our life path and I soon realised my path was to help others. Learning kinesiology gave my life more meaning, and now as I work with my clients I can see that they too are enjoying the many benefits of kinesiology as I continue to do.

I believe that we each need to take more responsibility for our own wellbeing and sometimes just small changes in our lives can improve things dramatically. Kinesiology can help you make better life choices and also works very well alongside any recommendations made by your own GP.

REIKI AND BOWEN

I have been working as a kinesiologist since 1995 with most of my client base from personal recommendations. In 2004 I completed my training in the Bowen technique which works really well alongside of Kinesiology. I have also been using Reiki now for the past 14years and in 2008 I became a master/ teacher.
