Health Kinesiology is a non-invasive holistic therapy which helps alleviate imbalances in a client’s bioenergy system. By muscle testing, the client’s own inner priorities gain ‘voice’ and program an energy work to help improve vitality and achieve wellbeing.

The human body receives chi, which is the central underlying principle in traditional Chinese medicine frequently translated as life energy, life force, or energy flow. This energy is harmoniously distributed to the major organs of the body by energy pathways called meridians. These meridians can be disturbed by imbalances, like for example: food, emotions, thoughts, relationships, environmental factors. A dirty or blocked energy pathway may lead to imbalances or dis-ease. We are here to help clean them and allow your system to recover its harmony and balance, in other words, we are like energy pathways plumbers.

The client will be fully clothed, lying down on a couch. The session will begin by an initial evaluation and balancing procedure. We use acupuncture points (we don’t use needles) combined with: thoughts, magnets, sensory inputs, etc.

HK’s goal is to help people gain mastery over themselves and their own personal world, to be able to respond to life effectively, to become responsible (response –able).

I’m a Reiki Master and Master NLP. I’m currently studying a psychotherapy course. My client’s feedback has been impressive and certainly reassuring of my practice.

Additional courses I’ve taken are Intrusive Energies and Assimilation I and II, this last course motivated me to enhance my personal learning in colour and sound therapy, aromatherapy and crystals. Homeopathy and reflexology are also part of my personal quest.
