Fran Smith-Williams

I have been working as a Holistic Health and Beauty Therapist for more than 25 years. I initially trained as a Beauty Therapist with Steiner in London and shortly followed with Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Touch for Health and Sports Massage. I qualified in Health Kinesiology™ in 2000 to add to my professional skills. I have a wealth of experience having had my own salons in the Metropolitan/ Cannons Health clubs in London, Newbury and Cardiff. I have had extensive experience working on professional atheletes, musicians and theatre/ TV performers.

I work with Guinot Skin care and offer Hydradermie, Gentle Peeling and Non Surgical Face Lifting treatments along with Red Vein Removal and Electrolysis for a complete skin care service.

I am situated in a tranquil setting in the small seaside town of Penarth 10 minutes from Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay.

First appointments are generally 1.5 hours long followed by 1 hour or 30 minute follow up appointments.
