Health Kinesiology (HK) is an amazingly gentle and powerful tool for improving well being on every level.

Whether you want to experience better balance, achieve your goals, be more confident or just feel happier, it’s great to know that with HK, change doesn’t have to be painful, difficult or take forever.

Although HK is the main therapy I offer, I have trained in other modalities to complement it: Reiki, EFT, Hypnotherapy and I regularly update my training.
