I discovered Health Kinesiology™ through a friend who had learnt about Kinesiology and asked if she could try some out on my son and myself. At the time my son was having a difficult time so we were eager to try it to see how things would work out. We had some success with the kinesiology and I was so impressed I decided to train in it myself.

In 2006 I qualified as a Health Kinesiologist and haven’t looked back. The lives of my son and myself have improved immensely and I a never fail to be amazed at how such a gentle therapy can have such amazing results. No two sessions are ever alike as it is the individual being helped and their needs are unique to them and in this way the sessions are tailored to these individual needs.
