I first trained as a Nutritional Therapist, having become interested in nutrients as alternatives to drugs during my studies at Cambridge University. After practicing nutrition for some years, I came across kinesiology through my own clients – they had some remarkable stories to tell! I was intrigued and within a very short time I was booked on a course.

I am still amazed when I witness the results of Health Kinesiology – it is such a gentle therapy but the results are profound. I have seen long standing energy imbalances in clients disappear after only a couple of sessions.

Health Kinesiology can help many issues that affect our wellbeing. Its strength lies in the fact that it works on a very deep level within the body.
