If you are reading this page, you are probably already intrigued by the idea of using subtle energy work to rid you of uncomfortable symptoms and to enhance your overall health and wellbeing. However, you will want to know a bit about me before you pick up the phone to make an appointment!
It all started with a chocolate biscuit!
My decision to learn HEALTH KINESIOLOGY all happened because of a chocolate biscuit! I had previously visited a kinesiologist who "muscle tested" a huge pile of food samples on my adopted son, who was autistic and hyperactive, and by cutting out the foods she recommended, his hyperactivity decreased considerably. I then spent the next 6 years 'chained' to the kitchen preparing specialist meals for my son! One day I watched a Health Kinesiologist remove an allergy to a chocolate biscuit in minutes, and I suddenly saw a way to remove my son's allergies - and gain some freedom for myself at the same time! Doing the HK training was the best thing I have ever done - not only for improving my family's health, but also because I am now able to help my clients overcome so many physical and emotional problems in my work as a practitioner. I am sure I would be on a cocktail of drugs today if it weren't for HK. However, because I have "been there" I can now empathise fully with my clients when they tell me about all the different stresses in their lives.
Since I qualified in 2000, my work as an HK practitioner has been amazingly surprising, motivatingly inspirational and heartwarmingly fulfilling - and that's just for me! My clients have been able to release symptoms that have bothered them for years, overcome negative emotional states and lack of self-confidence, and move on to live their lives being "the person they always wanted to be".
I use a range of therapies
Health Kinesiology is a fantastic therapy in its own right, but because it can act as an ‘umbrella' to other therapies, a session with me may also include elements from any of the other courses I have attended. Because I am constantly updating and expanding my skills, the list is quite comprehensive: Sekhem (healing), Reiki (healing), Geopathic Stress (negative earth energies that can affect your home, and consequently your health – see www.hk4health.com/geopathic.htm), Nutrition, Crystals, Flower Remedies, Touch for Health, Brain Gym, Optimum Health Balance (kinesiology), Phytobiophysics and Iridology.
I am one of the originators of Assimilation Kinesiology, which uses essential oils to help emotional rebalancing, and I teach this to other practitioners at workshops held regularly throughout the year.
