Hi everyone,
It all started for me with spots (acne). After 14 years of 'you name it I tried it', I sort of left it hopelessly until I came across HK. The description in the brochure sounded too-weird-to-be-true, intriguing enough for me to try it. Yeap, that's me!
After 2 sessions I was hooked. A new world opened up to me as I have stepped on the path of discovering energy. I was fascinated. The sky became the limit for all sorts of self improvements, understanding and connections. So after a whole wodge of my issues got resolved, I trained in HK myself. It's clear that some things in life 'shake and stir' us too much to say 'thanks', pay and go back to the old way. HK was my roller coaster!
Over the last 7 years I dedicated myself to studying, experimenting, testing and yes, getting frustrated many times with the truth I was pointed to. Here comes my conclusion:
We are energy beings surrounded by a vast sea of energies of different frequencies and we all have the ability to sense it one way or another. This awareness allows us to know what is: the truth. It then facilitates us to follow this truth in all aspects of life: nutrition, healing, place to live or travel, most appropriate work or partner.
The consciousness within us and around us speaks, we just need to know how to listen.
Unfortunately, it's clear to me that in the process of getting very civilised, we have lost the connection with our incorruptible essence and the essence around us. And that's where we, HK practitioners, play a unique role in providing the link, a bridge between the body-wisdom and a troubled part in us. Every day it continues to amaze me how simple and graceful the process is, yet how much it liberates the body from ill patterns.
I sincerely hope that ultimately everyone will reconnect with their body-mind wisdom. I recommend wholeheartedly an investigation or formal study of the subtle world of energies (HK is en excellent way to start) or beginning the journey by booking a session.
