My journey into the world of Health Kinesiology began in March 2004 and for me it was life - changing in the most wonderful ways. At the time of my first session I had recently experienced several bereavements, had a persistent dry mouth, coupled with Psoriasis and low self - esteem. From the first session I started to feel calmer, my overall health improved, and my confidence grew more each day.
At this time, many people started to ask me what had brought about these changes and I was glad to enthusiastically promote HK to everyone I came into contact with! I encouraged all my family, friends and colleagues to try out this amazing therapy that taps into the individual's own wisdom, healing at a very deep + profound level. It was at this point that I decided that I too would like to be a HK practitioner and give this gift to others.
The benefits of this simple but effective therapy are limited only by our imagination of what we think it can do! Some of the most common goals for clients that HK has improved are: Arthritic/acute/ chronic pain conditions, PMT/Hormonal imbalances/ Menopause, Chronic fatigue, Depression/anxiety, Phobias, Low energy/mood, Sexual problems, Emotional distress and Insomnia, to name but a few.
