Welcome,
My story is similar to that of many complementary practitioners in that it was my own quest for better health that led me to explore alternatives. I had not even considered that anyone other than my GP could help me with my health problems although he had all but given up and told me that my problems were psychosomatic.
I now know that he was partly right! Our thoughts are very powerful and when they go unchecked can create havoc within us. Kinesiology can help you to establish a positive self-image and outlook on life. But that's not the whole picture.
A person’s emotional state is another area that a lot of people need help with and this can be addressed quite easily using flower essences along with specific kinesiology techniques. To complete the picture the physical body needs to be looked at, and using simple tests we can find out if the diet needs to be changed or supplemented and of course we mustn't forget exercise and adequate rest. All these issues will be looked at within a kinesiology session.
Because kinesiology is a holistic therapy it can successfully help with many different health issues: infertility, migraines, rhinitis, skin rashes, carpal tunnel, eating disorders, anxiety, allergies, panic attacks, PMT, irritable bowel syndrome, aches and pains, fatigue, depression and many more. My work is deeply rewarding and within my practice I have had a great deal of success treating the health conditions mentioned above.
Reiki and Bowen therapies
I did my first practitioner training with the Eastern School of Complementary Health in 1995 the style being based on systematic kinesiology. In 1996 I did my 1st. and 2nd. degree Reiki. I found Reiki worked really well alongside kinesiology. After experiencing some Health Kinesiology corrections for allergies, I decided to learn more and in August 2000 I qualified as a Health Kinesiologist. Then in December 2004 I completed my training in the Bowen Technique. I work from home and most of my clients come from personal recommendations.
