Claudia Benson is a holistic health care practitioner based in North London . Claudia specialises in Health Kinesiology, providing meridian energy balancing using acupressure, emotional stress release, allergy testing and nutrition. Kinesiology can be used on its own or alongside other health programs for support e.g. stopping smoking, detoxing, gaining, weight management, the menopause, fertility, coping with a new baby.

About Health Kinesiology

Health Kinesiology, ('HK') uses muscle testing which is rather like dowsing , but without requiring a dowsing crystal or dowsing rod. The HK session uses acupressure meridian energy balancing, to give release from your stresses, get rid of body toxins, and resolve other health problem issues. The HK sessions can also be used to test you for allergies, and to find out your optimum nutritional/vitamin supplement recommendations, particular to your body.

Clients find Health Kinesiology is particularly useful for allergy testing, and nutritional supplement analysis. Also I have expertise working at the emotional and psychological level to release any of these stresses. Muscle testing together with the client's priorities are used to set out each treatment session.

Registered with the Kinesiology Federation and Massage Training Institute. Member of the Complementary Therapist Association. I have been practising Health Kinesiology since 2001.

While I consider Health Kinesiology as my main therapy, I also practise Reiki and Sekhem energy healing, and holistic massage (MTI - Massage Training Institute) which are also available.
