Like most HK practitioners I decided to train in Health Kinesiology after personally experiencing the benefits for myself.
Health Kinesiology is a unique therapy that allows a practitioner to establish, through muscle testing, what the client needs to clear any blockages in their energy system, which can manifest in many different ways.
The sessions
Each session is unique to you. Health Kinesiology treats the cause of the illness rather than the symptoms, we work out what your body needs to begin the healing process, during the session you may need to think a thought be in a particular body position or smell an essence while I rebalance your body, by touching acupressure points, and releasing any blockages.
Expect a confidential and professional course of therapy, tailored completely to your needs.
