I had been practicing Reiki and Reflexology for a few years when I decided to study Health Kinesiology (HK). I was mainly attracted by its success in treating allergies. Since then, I have realized that HK can do so much more and is an amazingly gentle and powerful tool for improving health on every level.
Whether you want to experience better health, achieve your goals, be more confident or just feel happier, it's great to know that with HK, change doesn't have to be painful, difficult or take ages. I have found HK especially good at finding the underlying causes of a health problem – whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
I often use other therapies with HK during a session – often clients ask me to test which therapy would be the most appropriate for them on the day. Sometimes it turns out to be a mixture of HK and healing, or HK and Reflexology.
I regularly add to my training and I have now added Emotional Freedom Technique, Reconnective Healing® and the Reconnection® to my toolbox.
Here are a few success stories:
A. has no longer a spider phobia.
A woman was worried she had a physical problem although medical tests proved otherwise. Muscle testing revealed it was an emotional issue and, after HK, she is now symptom free.
A 10 year old girl who was not able to go to school for a few months: after 1 session, she was happily back at school.
S. was diagnosed as having “probably” IBS. The pain and other symptoms have now disappeared.
C. was suffering from unexplained bleeding. All the medical tests proved negative. The bleeding stopped after a few HK sessions. |
