My interest in complementary therapies goes back many years.
I have practised massage and aromatherapy since 1989.
In 1990 my own health led me to a Kinesiologist and a number of other practitioners who where helpful. I felt that Health Kinesiology was profoundly beneficial, and it inspired me to study two different forms of Kinesiology and Natural Nutrition.
HK is like an umbrella under which I can fit all my other therapies as well as being able stand on its own.
Health Kinesiology allows me to assess a person's therapy needs. Their body can link into my ‘energy library' which means they can access my energy knowledge and choose what they need to bring their bodies into balance. So even people who have purely come to address what they believe is a nutritional issue get a taste of HK with allergy testing and very often I will suggest HK corrections to help clear energy blocks that are part of their physical problems. There body may also indicate that they need to use other practitioners eg. A chiropactor, acupuncturist, herbalist or someone with other skills. People are amased that I will recommend another type of therapy but their body may need this to complete their healing journey or between HK work we are doing. Having felt the balancing affect of HK they are often so pleased they recommend all their friends and family . Health Kinesiology primarly honours the treatment of the individual. It transforms their lives as it has transformed mine.
