Following a back injury in 1999, and several months of being in pain, my Osteopath introduced me to Kinesiology. The pain finally disappeared following this treatment and, feeling such a great benefit, I needed to know more about this amazing therapy! I enrolled on an Introductory Kinesiology course and soon began to realise the scope of this fascinating method of treatment. I went on to complete a part-time advanced course in Health Kinesiology and qualified in 2004.
I am also a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and have my first degree in Shoden Reiki. I will often combine these skills, offering my clients a truly holistic and effective treatment on their path to wellness and balance. I never tire of experiencing the range of possibilities available to clients and the fantastic healing journeys that Health Kinesiology can take them on.
The way in which each client is treated as a totally unique individual really appeals to me, and Health Kinesiology enables us to work together to find the most effective and appropriate path to wellness and achievement for you. I have had success with clients suffering with many issues, including skin complaints, digestive problems, allergies, stress, panic attacks and much more.
