Health kinesiology combines muscle testing with the principles
of Traditional Chinese Medicine to determine blockages to
the natural flow of energy throughout the body. Kinesiology
is renowned for its ability to identify and help the underlying
causes of health problems that are difficult to find by any
other means.
In health kinesiology we balance the
client's energy system, and then determine what weakens/stresses
the system, the stressors are then used as the means to
strengthen the system and to bring it back to balance.
HK doesn't focus so much on fixing symptoms as addressing
the deeper core issues in the bio-energy system – the causes
of the symptoms. We focus on the energy in the entire system,
and also look at environmental energies such as geopathic
stress, intrusive energies, nutrition, and body work. The practitioner may
use various tools such as crystals, homeopathic remedies, light, sound, and
magnets.
The client does not need to fully understand why they have a problem when
they consult a health kinesiologist, nor does the practitioner need an accurate
medical diagnosis in order to proceed.
The client lies fully clothed on a treatment couch and generally
participates in the session in some way.
I have had great success treating people with a variety
of problems such as allergy, anxiety, asthma, back
pain, bladder problems, chronic fatigue, concentration problems,
chronic headaches, depression, digestive problems, eating
disorders, IBS, insomnia, intolerance problems, knee pain,
learning difficulties, low self-esteem, migraine, PMS, self
harming and social phobia to name just
a few. Clients who were stuck in their lives, perhaps in
an unhappy relationship, the wrong job, or had found their
life unfulfilling have gained clarity and purpose since their
sessions. HK does not change your life circumstances, but
it can change your reactions and feelings to/about them.
