I worked in Banking for 20
years; recovering from a car accident in 1994 gave me the
time to assess where I was going with my life and in 1995
I started to study complementary therapies. In 1998 I was
introduced to Kinesiology on a walking holiday to help me
overcome my fear of heights. I was fascinated what my body
could tell me on an unconscious level and I went on to study
kinesiology. I am now qualified in both Health Kinesiology
and Three in One Concepts Kinesiology.
Many of the clients who come to me are at a crossroads
in their lives. They know they want to change but are
not sure of how to go about it. The body has its own innate
intelligence and knows precisely what it needs to bring
about its own healing.
Through
kinesiology these needs are identified and we work on
defusing the stressors, whether they be physical, mental,
emotional or spiritual. Some physical symptoms that clients
have been helped with are digestive disturbances, hormonal
imbalances, high blood pressure and post viral fatigue.
Comments from some of my clients:
 |
“Kinesiology
has opened new doors for me. It has given me more
physical energy, more self-confidence and self worth
and has created an inner balance which has made me
a happier person.”
Client who lacked self-esteem,
was indecisive and dependent on others.

“Kinesiology
gave me calmness and a positive attitude which allowed
me to sail through major surgery and subsequent treatments.
I found I got clear instructions from my “own
body” on what it needed – some contrary
to what I thought I needed. It gave me back that get
up and go.”
Client who underwent major
surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

“I
feel that Kinesiology is a powerful technique which
often deals with subtle changes – yet these
small changes can have a dramatic impact on your life,
days, weeks and months later.”
Client who had strong
childhood fears and repressed emotions. |
Clients are often intrigued with what comes
up in their kinesiology sessions.
Why not give it a go? Be the change you
want to see in the world!
