Hello,
I have been a therapist for fourteen years and write this partially on the basis of my work and as a complementary therapist and partially on my experience of having to overcome a personal health challenge. At the age of 24 I contracted Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (formerly known as ME). The classic symptoms I suffered with were: severe muscle and joint pains, malaise, food and chemical intolerances, eczema, severe headaches, irritable bowel symptoms, a candida overgrowth and severe mood swings. You name it – I seemed to suffer with it! To cut a very long story short, complementary therapies put my life back on track. Reflexology, Allergy Testing, Kinesiology and Homeopathy were the key therapies which helped my poor body at that time. I am delighted to say that I am now totally symptom free.
It was this powerful experience that sparked my interest in these therapies, which eventually led me to become a therapist myself.
In the course of my work, it has become very apparent to me how unique we all are, how the cause of illness will vary from person to person, calling for different approaches to treatment. One person may respond very well to Reflexology, another may need Kinesiology to completely clear their emotional issues, address food intolerances and poor elimination of toxins.

A testimonial (I have lots more!)
"Tina is a natural connector and I feel totally at ease with her. Through her intuitive and empathic skills and her combination of therapies, she is able to hone in on the presenting situation and bring clarity and healing. I work as a holistic healer myself and Tina is the person that I see on a regular basis - I think that says it all! B. H., Tunbridge Wells

Everything in life is about creating a ‘balance'. Negative emotions such as fear, hate, anger, anxiety, self-pity and resentment can be very destructive to the body by upsetting the digestion, blood-flow, hormones and general biochemistry of the body.
My aim is to stimulate your body's natural capacities to heal itself and to say healthy, bringing a renewed stamina to a tired body, fresh vitality to a weary mind and new bounce to a sagging spirit!
I hope you have found these few words both useful and informative. Perhaps it will spur you on your very own quest for better health.
You don't have to put up with illness and unpleasant symptoms.
Give me a call today and together we can work towards improving your health.
Tina
